Hello I have the Poly voyager focus 2 UC wireless headset and the lag from when I talk and the customer actually hears me is so bad. It use to not be bad but lately it is super annoying. Any fixes or suggestions??

- Update the Firmware: Please verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application.
- Sensor Reset: Disable or reset the headset sensors using the Poly Lens application.
- Default Device Check: Ensure the headset is set as the default device for both your PC and softphone.
- Headset Reset: Perform a full reset of the headset via the Poly Lens application on your PC.
