My headset keeps dropping Microsoft Teams calls. This is getting extremely frustrating. I've had this headset for years and never had issues until the last several months.

I’m sorry to hear you're facing some challenges with your Savi 740 headset. I completely understand how important it is for everything to function smoothly, and I’m here to support you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
 

To help resolve the issue, I suggest trying the following steps:

 

1. Update the Firmware: Ensure the headset’s firmware is up-to-date by using the Poly Lens or Plantronics Hub application on your PC.

2. Set the Headset as Default: Make sure the headset is set as the default audio device in both your PC settings and softphone application (e.g., Microsoft Teams).

3. Update Microsoft Teams: Confirm that your Microsoft Teams application is updated to the latest version to avoid any potential compatibility issues.
