Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I got  a Z420 workstation that sometimes fails to boot, reporting:

 

929-Fatal MCA error

       CB0/LLC0 error detected CPU 0

       TLB error - IA access to ME region.

 

If it boots, it seems to work fine.

Unfortunately, during the last two years, several thing changed and the first occurence was missed:

 

Memory increased from 8GB to 24 GB

CPU 1620 to 1620V2

ME update to 8.1

Graphic card from Quadro 2000 to Quadro K4000

BIOS update to 3.94

 

Any suggestions what might be wrong? I used the search function and found several 929 errors, but nothing about IA access.
