ProDesk 400 G4 MT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can I install dual-slot graphics card on a PC with two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, one wired as x4? Will it fit in terms of size and space and functionality? Or will it just run with a lower performance? If there's a performance penalty, will it make more sense to install a single-slot card but with a lower CUDA support version (or compute capability, using an Nvidia term)?

PC is ProDesk 400 G4 MT. Graphic card is Palit GeForce GTX 1650
