Product: Z4 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone know how long it takes for HP Canada to ship a computer? 

 

My item included the description "In Stock and Ready to Ship Free"..  It also said:

    Estimated shipment timing:  Most

    orders placed by 2pm EST are

    shipped out the same day.

 

I placed my order on 2018-10-08 at 2:24pm.  This was a stat holiday.  So I expected a shipping notice the next day.  I called HP Canada on 2018-10-09 and again on 2018-10-10.  The customer rep had absolutely no idea when the order would ship. I am getting a little concerned, since I work at home and my previous computer broke, so I really need another computer ASAP.
