HP Recommended
Product: HP Compaq dc7900 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What happened recently, was power fluctuations due to some storm.

Now the machine shows black screen with blinking cursor on the top left of the screen whenevr the machine is turned on.

I have tried to reseat the memory modules and disconnect all drives. I have no cards or external devices installed.

 

Any more thoughts to troubleshoot this problem?
