Product: HP DEVICE MANAGER

Hello

 

I am trying to install HP Device Manager 4.6 onto Windows Server 2016 and it comes with the attached error message. I have checked the firewall and ensured that it is not being blocked.. any ideas??


"Failed to connect repository Master Repository with protocol FTP."
