Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, Apologies if i have posted in the incorrect forum.  I purchased a new pc yesterday and installed. Updated windows 10.  Imagine my horror when my daughter went to play Roblox. She can log in but when she go's to play a game it doesnt load. It's just a white screen. I have tried it on several browsers and I have turned the firewall off. It works fine on my new lap top, ipads and old pc. If you have any suggestions for me that are easy to follow I would be really grateful for any advise. Thanks in advance cheers A very tired dad !
