hello. i have bought used hp t520 and im  wondering how to check what have been "preloaded" i did try to install normal windows but installer doesnt allow me to instal it as it cannot create partition on disc. seems thjat its locked somehow. i was trying android and linux as weel with no luck. i did download hp systems linux and windows but on windows installer it says that it wasnt licensed for that version of windows and linux do not want to install as well.

help me please
