Product: pavilion TG01- 0685no
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I got my computer a about a week ago and in the last 2-3 days there has been an issue where when I turn on the computer the taskbar is empty except for the windows button, search bar and cortana button. Then when I either click the taskbar or try to open the search menu my screen flashes a dark color. The issue is fixed when I restart the computer but will often occur the next time I turn it on again. Sorry if this wasn't a clear explanation the issue is hard to describe.
