Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello Guys,

 

The touch screen for the monitor is not working even though the computer is showing the all the drivers are up to date but still there is no touch screen. i tried installing the drivers from the website but no luck. Anyone with same issues and can provide solutions ?
