2560p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Recently had the problem with 2560p battery not charging

symptoms: plugged in not charging, can boot directly from adapter without the battery, with battery boots but no charging, amber charging light keeps blinking, without battery on booting charging light white this time blinks once

remedy:  tried everything on the web-nothing happened, changed battery-nothing, changed adapter started charging, it had something to do with the right voltage which the older adapter was not providing.

if you feel windows is corrupted and not responding as it should, need to be re-installed

please note your situation may be different, after trying everything on web your problem can be narrowed down to replacement of either of the two things, i) fresh battery or ii) fresh power adapter with its connecting wire or iii) both
