Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

I want to access ALM 12.50 through external ip address in IE (11) on Lenovo, Windows 7 Home Premium, 64bit . LAN  internet connection. 

 

First itme I did it undefined I got this welcome screen. When I clicked at ALM Desktop Client, the client get installed and login page displayed. I logged in, browse around and logged out. Since then, any time I start over instead of login page I get white page. This is in IE url http://.../qcbin/start_a.jsp. 

 

Any suggestion how to solve this? If there is a log file that can help do you know where is located. I would like to attache it to the next message.
