HP Recommended
Product: HP Paviolion x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.  The left and right arrow keys are not scrolling properly on my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible - sometimes they work, but most times do not.  The up and down arrows work perfectly,  Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution?

 

My laptop is 2 years old and have had no other problems until now.  Thank you!
