Product: Hp elitebook 840 g1

I forgot the password of my laptop and tried to enter my computer. I got a hp screen that gave the  possibility of a second admin account. If i now start the computer i doesnt come to the homepage, but to a page that asks for the password for this new id. I have entered the correct many many times, but in the end it keeps saying authentication failed, system locked, press the power button to restart the system.
