Hi All

 

Have this problem appear - Battery checks activated. Run Batt check says battery ok but need calibrate. tried to calibrate but get same results. Is HP Support Assistant having a bug? Battery only 1.5 years old. Did rundown battery than full charge battery. tried do battery check again, same results asking to calibrate. Tried again batt check with same results. Is it software problem? recently (a month ago) upgraded to windows 11. Kindly advise.
