Product: HP 245 G5 Notebook PC, Y9Q66PC#ACJ
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Suddenly my laptop stopped turning on.

It is only turning on when I connect the AC adapter. Its charging light is  blinking continuosly in white colour. Battery is not charging. it's stuck on 0 percent.

What I should do now ?

 

Product name - HP 245 G5 Notebook PC

Product number - Y9Q66PC#ACJ

OS-Window 10 64 bit

 

 

 

Please help me to fix this issue
