Product: HP 240 G7

Hi, first, sorry if I'm not understandable, I'm not english... 

My HP 240 G7 stopped working suddenly, I tried to turn it on but got a black screen and my caplocks blinks 3 times before pausing and doing it again.

I wanted to remove the battery to look for the problem, but I don't have access to anything on it...
