Update...

I marked the "Fast Boot" option in the BIOS and now the system boots at once and fast too...no more need to reply.

Original Topic Description

Since upgrading to V1.12 of the BIOS Firmware, booting has become a real issue. The same patterns repeats (with or without USB stuff connected):

- Turning on the power makes the PC Freeze  after 1 - 2 seconds. Nothing happens. Entering BIOS with ESC not possible. System hangs for hours. No HDD activity, just nothing

- Turning off the power (long press) and turning on makes the PC boot without issues.

I ran all the usual checks, even compared BIOS settings with another PC, did not find anything wrong. No changes made to parameter.

This started happening one week ago, when I upgraded the BIOS to V1.12, dated 4Aug2020.

Any tips please?

Thanks, Yves
