Product: HP 14-bf158tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I have an HP notebook 14-bf158tx which sometimes when I started it up (from hibernate) it turns itself off after a couple second (screen keeps blank, no HP logo shows), and after a few seconds it starts again but this time it show "CMOS reset" message. After configuring BIOS, and start Windows it runs just fine.
This seems to happen randomly, but so far it happens twice already with the first time it happen all BIOS setting reset to default, even the clock. The second time it happens only the configuration affected, date and time run normally. Any idea what cause this?
