Hi, i have problem with my laptop. i didn't use for like 6-7 month , after i open i did observed is was very slow. First i did update to windows ,bios video driver but the same. After i bought a SSD and reinstal windows maybe is a fix, sadly it dind't. Then i did observe the when i plug the charger my GPU is 0.40GHz, if i unplug it go normal - 1.7GHz and if i play or something is over 3.6Ghz ( on battery, if play with charger on it didn't go over 0.4).

I did try the solution from https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/CPU-Clock-speed-locked-at-0-48... but it didn't do everything .

What can i do ? Tnx
