hp pavilion gaming
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the same issue as described at https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/CPU-slows-down-when-plugged-in/td-p/7.... Laptop works fine on battery, but the moment I plug in the charging cable, CPU slows down to 400mhz. I'm also working with the original power supply, also installed a clean windows10 and updated it. updated the bios and relevant drivers without success. At a Stresstest witz CPU-Z I noticed that the CPU-temperature never goes over 50 degrees C while in batterymode the temperature goes to 61 degrees C. The same behaviour ist at the stresstest within bios.
Any help is appreciated
