Product: spectre folio

I was using my 13 Spectre Folio with LTE yesterday and everything was great.  I did the latest windows update and now I can't find my Cellular settings anywhere.  I have something in my device manager that says ModemControl Device that has error 43 on it.  I have no idea what to do to get the mobile broadband working again.  Please help.
