HP Spectre x360 - 13-w023dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The device is regularly charging while the device is off. But the device's charging led lamp is blinking in orange color while the device is running. The battery level is not important. Neither 80 % nor 20 % does not differ. If the laptop is running and I plug the charger, the charging lamp starts regularly blinking in orange color. I calibrated battery, replaced with another one and I had the same problem. But, if the laptop is off and if I plug the charger, it regularly charges the battery. I made diagnosis tests both in bios and windows environment. But, nothing changed. Each time it recommends battery calibration and I have completed  battery calibration process 3 times but nothing changed. The latest BIOS update F.52 is installed and I use HP original charger.
