Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP Community,

 

I'm not sure why I keep getting a blue screen. Even after the error info collection is at 100% my laptop does not restart. As far as windows update is concerned, I update whatever Microsoft recommends. Any body else been having these issues. I would greatly appreciate any feedback as the step on Microsoft.com have not helped me resolve my issue.
