Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’m a tech for a McDonalds Franchise.  I was given this laptop to fix but have no ideas what the bios power on password is.   They also rubbed away the model and serial.  I believe it is an hp 15 i3 with 4 gig of ram.  The system disabled code is.  (i 92471296).   Any help is appreciated.
