Elitebook 820 g1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i'm Fabio from Milano, Italy.  When i connect a bluetooth speaker device (marshall emberton) to my Elitebook 820 G1 (win10-64) it work perfectly for about 15-20 minutes and after the bluetooth speakes stop to work (sound is interrupted). If i go to bluetooth control panel the bluetooth device is "connect for music". The only way for make it work again is to remove the device to bt control panel and add again the bt device. After this the device work for another 15-20 minutes and the problem reappears. I have try to update bluetooth firmware but i have alredy installed the last version of firmware. In my experience this problem appear only with Elitebook, every other device (smartphone, ipad) that i have try to connect to bluetooth speaker work perfectly for hours.

I have contacted marshall support centre and they have no reports of similar problems of bluetooth connections from other users. They advised my to contact HP support centre. Marshall bt speaker have bt 5.0.

You have some solutions for my problem?

Thank you very much and sorry for my english.

Fabio Ghezzi
