Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

 

Hi, 

 

Was trying to connect my bluetooth speaker to the laptop.  Noticed that the Notebook required troubleshooting. Please see error on the Troubleshooting report.

Can someone pls help to advice?  I am stuck on this for few weeks and given up and returned.
