HP EliteBook Folio 9480m
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Thank you very much for your time reading this article and helping me!

A couple of days ago, I wanted to do a fresh install of Windows 10 on my HP EliteBook Folio 9480m and update everything. I have done BIOS updates before, also with HP EliteBooks, so I update my EliteBook's BIOS. It was updated from version 01.36 Rev.A to 01.46 Rev.A. When it was updated, I saw there was an option in the BIOS to update directly from HP's website. I clicked on that to try it and I got this notice:20190128_195650-min.jpg

Even on HP's website, the version 01.46 Rev. A is not removed on the website or anything. Here is the link to the support website with all the drivers: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-elitebook-folio-9480m-notebook-pc/7089926

This made me wonder, whether should I rollback to version 01.44 instead of keeping my notebook on 01.46?  At the moment, I have not noticed any problems with my notebook regarding its BIOS. I couldn't find any forum conversation about rolling back my notebook's BIOS to 01.44, therefore I started this one.
