Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New clean install of W10 on the HP 14-DQ1033CL. Checking the system tray, the network shows nothing. Originally, it had Bluetbooth/Airplane/WIFI i could turn off/on. Now it's only airplane mode on/off. Checking Device Manager under network adapters, i only see 2 for BLUETOOTH. I've tried several drivers but maybe i'm mistaken/missing something.
Installed the RTL8822CE (what my original harddrive said was installed and worked) and the RTL8821CE (what HP says was installed through their site) and nothing is working. I'm just double-clicking the .exe files and hitting next until it finishes so maybe that is the problem too.
I feel like this should be as simple as DLing the driver and running it to install it but maybe I'm missing something. Please help.
