Product: Pavilion x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP 273m screen connected to my Pavillion notebook using both HDMI and USB-C, which is necessary to output broadband video and sound to this external screen. Sound works well, and so does video output. Yet, I cannot get the camera to work. When I have Windows Device Manager search for new plug-and-play hardware, the camera is never even found. I use a brandnew LUDTOM docking hub which has a positive-listing for my Pavillion x360 notebook. So, what else can be the problem? Did I miss anything when setting up the 273m screen?
