Recently I am experiencing some issues with my battery that it cannot charge after 90% and looked through some solution on HP ask community.

in the solution above It wanted me to update HP Bios and I downloaded latest HP bios update and then installed the laptop restarts and performs update but after some time This screen appeared

"The System bios is being recovered". It means The bios is not updating and rolling back to previous versions. How to fix that?

How can I update the bios ?

 

The charging problem still occurs.
