HP Recommended
Elite X2 1011 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Elite x2 1011 G1, with the Power Kayboard.

It worked well since some days ago, but last week the laptop was not able to stay on without the charger plugged in.

Windows was saying that the battery was at "0%, plugged in and charging" but no way to see the percentage to rise over 0%.

I know that there are two batteries: one inside the tablet and another inside the keyboard and using some battery analisers I was able to see that both the batteries were at 0%.

I changed the charger, no way.

I updated windows, no way

Even after 24 hours,,,, 0%

Yesterday something changed... after many many hours, the Windows icon was saying 100% (WOW !!!!!!)

Using the usual battery analiser I noticed that one battery was 100% and the other one always 0% (can not understand wich one 0% and wich 100%)

With the tablet docked into the Keyboard, removing the power adapter, the laptop switch off immediately.

Any suggestion?
