Hi guys, anyone had come across such problem and what's the best way to solve it?

Done the following steps and yet resolved the problem;

1. reinstalled Windows 10

2. updated BIOS latest version 

3. run HP hardware hardware diagnostic software and no issue found

4. run HP Optimization yet not solving the issue

Common issues is rebooting few time in order to get login screen.
