Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I have a bit of a problem with my screen replacement. Laptop is HP Envy 15-q005tx with broken touchsmart screen. I have purchased a 15-j007ax screen and replaced the broken one. The replacement screen arrived as a full setup (screen, digitizer, back cover and cables). Looks exactly as the old one.

 

Problem is that the screen is not working (black screen), digitizer is working, computer is working also (connected to my TV via HDMI).

 

Would anyone be able to tell me is this screen compatible with my laptop or is it something else wrong, also is there a part number for screen that I would need?

 

Any other tips or suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
