Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I havent got any reply fro hp support community yet,Please help me about updating my bios on hp notebook 15ac116tx Laptop.

on checking with hp support assistant it provides me Bios update of F.32 and on hp driver on website of hp checking it provides me F.29 Bios update. Is it safe to go to Bios update.If yes,which one is a better version for my notebook Bios.Currently my notebook is on F.26 Version Bios.For the refrence i am attaching here a list of check Record For my notebook 15ac116tx
