Hello,

 

I have got a HP Notebook 250 G5. It has got a backlight issue. I can see perfect picture with an external monitor via HDMI cable.

I have also change the display and display cable. The problem is remaining allready. 

Unfortunately, I cannot measure 19 volts on the screen cable. Please look at the pictures. It will likely be this bug. Which cable should I connect to 19 volts. What does the pin assignment look like. I thank you in advance for the effort.

 

Unfortunately hp can not display the photos.
