OMEN17
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I searched the forums and it looks like this is still on on going issue with the HP Omen Control Center Network Booster saying No internet connection found.

I am running the v. 10.4.16.0 of the command center.

I am using a thunderbolt 3 dock which my ethernet cable is plugged in to and then the dock is connected to my Omen laptop through the USB C cable.

I have full internet access with this setup and network booster shows no internet connection found error message.

When I disconnect the ethernet cable from the dock and plug it directly in to the Omen the network booster sees the connection. It also sees if I connect to a wireless connection.

So its ONLY an issue with using the thunderbolt 3 dock. From what Ive read on these forums this issue has been discussed for at least the last 18 months.

I have tried resetting the bios to default and uninstalling and reinstalling the command center.

I do have to say though when I got the laptop a couple of weeks ago, I did pull out the garbage drives that were installed and put in new drives and I did a fresh install with just Windows 10 Home so I did have to download the command center and install it.
