I have a HP ProBook 470 G5 that I bought last year.  It came with the nonbacklit keyboard.  I consulted the manual and it looks like all the 470 G5s should have the connector for the backlit keyboard.  I was told here that it was not possible, but I do not know for sure.  It seems unlikely they'd make two motherboards - one with the backlit connector and one without.  Here's a picture of the motherboard showing what I believe to be the connectors:

I bought a keyboard and was planning to do the swap, but I think I bought the wrong keyboard as it seems the ribbons are backwards.  Even if I can't swap the keyboards, I still need to put the old one back, but was having some trouble because the cable isn't very stiff  and buckles when I try to put it back.  So my question being twofold, is it possible to swap for the backlit keyboard and can anyone offer any tips for getting the cable in?  Thanks for any help.
