Hi  Folks,

I've just gotten started with HP SSM to handle Laptop Bios Updates on some Elitebooks on my network. Updating Drivers is working Great...But having an issue with BIOS.

I created the Password recovery file using SSM and entered it into SSM ok.

I run SSM on the client, it shows Bios Upgrade needed, unpacks and reboots....

Then asks me for the Bios Password.

Kinda defeats the purpose 🙂

This s the command I use: "\\BMINTF\Images\HP SSM\Softpaqs\ssm.exe" "\\BMINTF\Images\HP SSM\Softpaqs" /cpwdfile:"ssm.bin" /ti:”HP Driver Update”

If it's supposed to work...I need help. If it's NOT supposed to work that way...Oh.

Thanks in advance for any help.
