HP Recommended
Product: HP Spectre x360
Operating System: Linux

1. Product Name and Number (please do not post Serial Number)
Model 12-w033TU
2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Tried Win 7 but latest one was Fedora 13 and Ubuntu 16.04
3. Error message (if any)
• It freezes in boot loader, memory check passes normally.

Sometimes it manages to pass via boot loader and then freezes on login screen (once in 50 times), then sometimes we can even login and then it freezes randomly.

I've downloaded new ubuntu and put it on usb drive, wanted to boot up on usb but it froze when it entered the system. Then after freezes on boot loader so I cannot even select USB drive.

We moved away from Windows a year ago after laptop was working awfully with it.

4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Nothing

 

I'm a software developer so know a thing or two but could not reach bios or pass boot loader in order to do anything.

 

Any recommendations or I can just throw it away after 3 years of "usage"?
