Hello everybody!

 

First of all I apologize if this is not the right board. My problem is quite straightforward: when I try to use the HP Support Assistant to update the firmware pack from version 01.01.03 to version 01.10.00, I always get an error. I have attached a screenshot for clarity; the text is in italian but it says "An error has occurred while copying the current firmware in the folder".Error.PNG

 

Do you know how I could fix this? It has been like this for some time. Also, I am getting some BSOD when I run certain applications with error messages "video tdr failure" and pointing to "nvlddmkm.sys". Could this be related to the old firmware package? Could it be solved by updating?
