ZBook Studio G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few days ago my HP Zbook Studio G5 decided to stop charging from the included A/C connector.

My first thought was the issue was with the A/C charger so I order a new one (using a 100W USB-C charger in the meantime).

The new HP charger arrived today but I get the same error with the brand new charger.

When I connect it it says "The Smart AC Adapter is not functioning correctly" and the white charging light on the side of the laptop blinks for a few seconds and then turns off.

Seems to me it might be an issue with the laptop or drivers rather than the charger.

When I run the diagnostics on the charger I get the error below, even though it did detect the power adapter initially.

Any thoughts? Thanks for the help!
