HP Probook 4540s
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had to replace the original battery...have tried both after market and original HP replacement  batteries. Windows 10 detects the new battery (charge status is displayed) , but HP support assistant says no battery is detected...tried hard reset, BIOS update...., Windows Update...driver update...removed battery..put back in.....original battery is detected fine by HP support assistant......what is the problem?
