Product: Zbook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

If you spot the photos below, it allows me to boot the computer, i tried connecting another screen and it loaded the same white screen with the blue line above

 

I tried to connect the computer via LAN, nothing

 

Is there a way to deactivate that white screen from showing up or do i have install the os again?
