ENVY X360 Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought my HP ENVY X360 with AMD RYZEN 5 two days ago, and I just found that I have an issue with turning it on.

After closing the lid for about 45 minutes (my next class) I take the notebook out and found that it's already shut down. (it still happens even though I changed the Windows sleep settings to Never, it just requires me to turn it on again) So then I discovered that the screen turns a hardly discernible dark blue after pressing for about 3 secs, and if I continue pressing the button for about 2 secs, it just automatically turns black again. So every time I want to turn on the notebook, I have to be staring at the computer screen very carefully to see when it turns blue, and I have to wait for about 2secs to release the button. (If I release the power button after the screen turns blue, it still doesn't turn the notebook on)

I am not sure if this is a problem with every notebook, but my pavilion desktop doesn't have the problem. If this is a hardware problem, I would probably get an exchange.

Is there a way that I can fix this (and also the sleep setting)?

Thanks a lot! :)))))))))))
