Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 

After 6 months of using HP Client Security (Password manager and Fingerprints authentication) something weird happen. System loose some of the data, so in
1. Password manager I have all my records but all passwords are cleared.

2. Fingerprint configuration I see the message that no data is enrolled but when adding my finger receive message that it exist already.

3. HP SpareKey i see message that no data is enrolled but my custom question are there, just answers are cleared. 

Any one have Idea How i can restore my passwords? What can be a reason? How and in what location password data are stored?
HP Client Security manager  V.9.3.7.2486
