Product: Pavilion x360

On the notebook's keyboard when i press the f6 button ( mute )  nothing happens and all the f buttons like the f6 . When i press the f7 i got a little window and  in that window i have to choose to turn off or on something . I recorded the the problem https://youtu.be/k9oHYmoWYWs and now any button not working only the space and the delete buttons are ok . I cant log in or turn off the notebook
