Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

WiFi was working fine , but avast blocked windows0x64.sys so added exception to this system file suddenly WiFi 3 option started displaying and my net got connected , after that when I went for some work and just locked my system and when I came back and again started my system then again the network got disabled , no connection displayed ...I tried all the things , like disabling and enabling WiFi adapter, uninstalled it and restared windows ...windows did not install it automatically, i tried started my system in safemode ..but nothing worked

Thanks a bunch for your reply , i downloaded the driver from Microsoft update catalog and tried to run that in my system , what i did ..i ran the installed driver exe and then restarted my computer but windows did not pick the driver automatically so i manually installed it ( there i saw two drivers with the same name i.e intel Centrino wireless-N 1000 (intel) and intel Centrino wireless-N 1000 (Microsoft)) ....i preferred with  intel one but it got installed with a warning sign , when i checked the properties , the message was displaying in the description that "this device is not working properly because windows can not load the drivers required for this device (code 31) "

i would be really thankful if u can guide me in this regard ...please let me know the remedy for this

No W10 drivers were ever released for that model Wi-Fi adapter, so your only option would be to install the W8.1 driver

The latest driver can be found on the Microsoft Update catalog website:

I'd go with the 99 MB file.

Microsoft Update Catalog

If that doesn't work, you will have to resort to using a USB Wi-Fi adapter, since your notebook has a BIOS whitelist which blocks the installation of any other model Wi-Fi card from working.

You're very welcome.

Sorry that the driver from the Microsoft Update Catalog didn't work.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try to make it work.

You will probably have to invest in a USB Wi-Fi adapter that has support for W10.

I use this one which is both dual band and also has Bluetooth.

It's very compact too, and hardly sticks out of the USB port.

i tried  windows 8.1 64 bit driver too ,unfortunately  it also didn't work. actually i had Avast active in my system which was blocking windows0x86 ,so i added exception and then restarted my system then Wi-Fi got enable and was working fine but i am totally clueless why the driver got corrupted or what , my systems Bluetooth , Wi-Fi adapter all disappeared again , i tried the same steps i.e. starting my system in safe mode and then restarted my system ,but windows didn't install it automatically ,then i added driver manually but nothing happened. anyways i am really thankful for your suggestion .
