I live in Korea. I want to buy HP's Spectre X360 13.3-inch laptop model. LTE can be used with customize&buy option. The LTE-enabled modem is XMM 7560. Generally, most BANDs are supported, so by the standards of communication, there is no problem with using any carrier SIM in Korea.

By the way, the product I'm going to purchase is marked like this.

Choose the provider that fits your needs.

Intel® XMMTM 7560 LTE-Advanced Pro (SPRINT)
Included in Price

So here's the question. Question one: Does this mean that if I use it in the United States, only SPRINT can use it?
Question two: If so, is it impossible for foreign buyers to use LTE in their own country? (Modem standard is no problem.)
Question three: How can I use it in Korea? After registering with Korean telecommunication company, can I use it right away by inserting a SIM and connecting it? What should SPRINT or HP require if it is not available?
